Withstands up to 440 lbs. of pulling force. Tapes are marked in two colors for easy reading; the inch scale is white and the engineer's scale is yellow. Protective PVC coating prevents distortion and guards against corrosion. Comfort grip handle. The second item in the lot is as follows: Speed-Line Fast Retrieve Chalk Line Reels Nos. 5MD34 and 5MD35 feature fast retrieve (3 1/2:1 ratio) reel made of impact-resistant ABS plastic (comes with 100-ft. line). Has crank handle clutch release which allows release of line without the handle spinning. Nos. 4YU86 and 4YU87 feature die-cast metal plates and a unique 6:1 helical gear system to retrieve lines up to 6 times faster. Line lock feature allows use as a plumb bob.
