One Zone, Six Loop Manifold Station Kit When ordering, please specify if the loops will be installed in concrete or not, and whether 1/2" PEX, 5/8" PEX, or 1/2" PEX-AL-PEX will be used for loops. Also, you will need one set of Manifold Feed Fittings, as well as your loop tubing, which we sell separately. All new parts. Kit is for a manifold station servicing one zone with six loops of 1/2" or 5/8" PEX, or 1/2" PEX-AL-PEX. Included PEX fittings are for any tubing rated to ASTM F 876/877, however the PEX-AL-PEX option uses fittings for PEX-AL-PEX rated to ASTM 1281. Ideally, fittings and manifolds should be used with our "Mr. Pex" brand pipe products to ensure a proper fit. -High quality brass six-loop manifolds with individual loop balancing valves (so you do not need to equalize your loop lengths) and flow meters to visually confirm and adjust flow rates through each loop -Set of 12 compression fittings for loops, no special tool required -Isolation union ball valves to provide master shut-off capabilities -Pressure test kit (you will need compressor and tire valve adapter for compressor hose) to put tubing under pressure during further construction -Set of 12 bend supports for loops to rise or drop into manifold.
