| This is a older bench type bolt cutter for 31/6, 1/4, 5/16, and 3/8 rod. It also has a small flat cutter bar for cutting light metal app. 2 inches wide. On the flat cutter bar there is a u shape piece built into the bar to cut different shapes into material and attached to to cutter is another spare cutter.The cutter was made by Heinrich tools from Racine Wis. |
